工藝流程概述production line process overview

壓制法生產(chǎn)人造無(wú)機(jī)板工藝流程介紹

3.5、搓料機(jī)material rolling machine：

3.6、搓料壓片機(jī)material rolling press piece machine：

3.7、布料皮帶機(jī)feeding material belt conveyor：

布料皮帶機(jī)是石英石生產(chǎn)線上布料位置的一個(gè)皮帶臺(tái)，把已經(jīng)攪拌好的石英石材料直接倒在皮帶臺(tái)上，通過(guò)皮帶臺(tái)控制布料皮帶機(jī)移動(dòng)到模具盤上，并把顯示屏的數(shù)據(jù)歸零，當(dāng)布料皮帶機(jī)上的石英石材料倒在模具盤上，顯示屏?xí)@示負(fù)數(shù)，這個(gè)數(shù)值就是布料的重量，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)稱重布料。

3.8、壓片打散機(jī)rablet breaker：

壓片打散機(jī)是把攪拌好的石英石材料壓制成薄片，然后通過(guò)噴粉或噴漿等工藝，做成不同的花紋，再通過(guò)皮帶臺(tái)輸送，把石英石材料跌落到打散棒上，把石英石材料打散，達(dá)到所需要的工藝要求。通過(guò)壓片打散機(jī)上面的電機(jī)帶動(dòng)滾筒轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)壓制材料，并且可以調(diào)節(jié)滾筒與皮帶臺(tái)之間的高度，從而改變石英石薄片的厚度。
